Thanksgiving

Blessed are those who can give without remembering and take without forgetting.

Gratitude is a mark of a noble soul and a refined character. We like to be around those who are grateful. They tend to brighten all around them. They make others feel better about themselves.

I wish I could leave a trail of gratefulness behind me that you could see, glowing thanks.

No one has ever become poor by giving.

An open home, an open heart, here grows a bountiful harvest

An optimist is a person who starts a new diet on Thanksgiving Day.

Begin and end each day with an expression of gratitude

Being together is the best gift of all.

Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend... when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that's present -- love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature and personal pursuits that bring us pleasure -- the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience Heaven on earth.

Count your blessings instead of your crosses; Count your gains instead of your losses.
Count your joys instead of your woes; Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your smiles instead of your tears; Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your full years instead of your lean; Count your kind deeds instead of your mean. Count your health instead of your wealth; Count on God instead of yourself.

Getting together to smile and rejoice, Eating, and laughing with folks of your choice.

Give thanks for sorrow that teaches you pity; for pain that teaches you courage -- and give exceeding thanks for the mystery which remains a mystery still - the veil that hides you from the infinite, which makes it possible for you to believe in what you cannot see.

Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.

Give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way.

Gooble ‘til you wooble

Gratitude is born in hearts that take time to count up past mercies.

Gratitude is the heart’s memory.

Gratitude shares, Appreciation speaks, Thankfulness shows, Compassion does.

Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God."

Hem your blessings with thankfulness so they don’t unravel.

In everything give thanks.

It is delightfully easy to thank God for the grace we ourselves have received, but it requires great grace to thank God always for the grace given to others.

May the bounty of the season fill your heart and home!

Not what we give but what we share, for the gift without the giver is bare.

Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure
of our thanksgiving."

Now thank we all our God, With hearts and hands and voices; Who wondrous things hath done, In whom this world rejoices. Who, from our mother's arms, Hath led us on our way, With countless gifts of love, And still is ours today."

Thankfulness helps you maintain an accurate perspective on just who you are and what you deserve."

Thanksgiving Day will soon be here. It comes around but once a year. If I could only have my way, We'd have Thanksgiving every day."

Thanksgiving, after all, is a word or action.

The still small voice of gratitude.

There is always something for which to be thankful for.

Think of giving not as a duty but as a privilege.
